Making Sense of Diabetes Data to Inform Self-Management
enhance-d stands for improved self-management for people with diabetes using a simple digital solution. CGM and other portable data allows an understanding of how pharmacologic, behavioural, dietary and activity-based interventions contribute to changes in glucose profiles – and how users can take action based on these findings.Â
