Die menschliche Darmmikrobiota, eine komplexe und dynamische Gemeinschaft von Mikroorganismen, die in unserem Verdauungstrakt lebt, spielt eine entscheidende Rolle f\u00fcr Gesundheit und Krankheit. Neue Forschungsergebnisse zeigen ein faszinierendes Zusammenspiel zwischen der Darmmikrobiota, dem Immunsystem und dem Stoffwechsel. Das Darmmikrobiom steht in einem st\u00e4ndigen Dialog mit den Immunzellen, erzieht und reguliert sie, was wiederum die Gesundheit des Darms aufrechterh\u00e4lt und vor Krankheitserregern sch\u00fctzt. Dieses Projekt zielt darauf ab, die verborgenen Mechanismen zu entschl\u00fcsseln, die den Wechselwirkungen zwischen bakteriellen Metaboliten in der Mikroumgebung und der Aktivierung von Immunzellen zugrunde liegen, wobei wir uns insbesondere auf die Auswirkungen bakterieller Metaboliten auf den Stoffwechsel und die biologische Funktion dendritischer Zellen konzentrieren. Vorl\u00e4ufige Daten zeigten, dass bakterielle Metaboliten in hohem Ma\u00dfe von logarithmisch expandierenden Bakterien produziert werden und von DCs wahrgenommen werden k\u00f6nnen, was deren Aktivierung f\u00f6rdert. Es m\u00fcssen noch viele Fragen beantwortet werden… <\/span><\/p>\n
