Die Kontrolle des Blutzuckerspiegels bei Typ-1-Diabetes (T1D) ist nach wie vor eine Herausforderung. Nur ~32% der Erwachsenen in der Schweiz erreichen einen A1c-Zielwert von <7%. Die dualen Glucagon-like Peptide-1-Rezeptor-Agonisten (GLP-1RAs) und glukoseabh\u00e4ngiges insulinotropes Polypeptid (GIP)\/GLP-1RAs haben sich als vielversprechende Therapie bei T1D erwiesen. Retrospektive Studien haben gezeigt, dass sich bei Menschen mit T1D die Blutzuckerkontrolle bei gleichzeitiger Reduzierung der Insulindosis und des K\u00f6rpergewichts deutlich verbessern l\u00e4sst, wenn langwirksame GLP-1RAs oder GIP\/GLP-1RAs zur Insulintherapie hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In dieser Studie wird die Kontrolle des Blutzuckerspiegels bei Menschen mit T1D unter einer stabilen Dosis eines langwirksamen GIP\/GLP-1RA (<\/span>Tirzepatid<\/span>) als erg\u00e4nzende Therapie zur automatischen Insulinabgabe (AID). Wir f\u00fchren eine prospektive, parallele, offene, randomisierte klinische Studie durch, um die Hypothese zu testen, dass die verf\u00fcgbaren AID-Systeme in Kombination mit GIP\/GLP-1RA w\u00e4hrend des Bewertungszeitraums zu einer sicheren und wirksameren Blutzuckerkontrolle f\u00fchren als der Standard of Care (SoC). Das Ergebnis dieser Studie wird einzigartige Daten \u00fcber die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit der Verwendung von GIP\/GLP1-RA als Zusatztherapie zu AID-Systemen liefern. <\/span><\/p>\n
