Dabei hat die holokratische Struktur sehr geholfen, in der die einzelnen Teams f\u00fcr Ihre Arbeiten und Projekte selbst verantwortlich sind und entsprechende Freir\u00e4ume bekommen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Die laufende Unterst\u00fctzung unseres Verwaltungsrats und durch Willy Michel als Stifter haben es erlaubt, den Aufbau weiter voranzutreiben.<\/p>\n Das DCB arbeitet mittlerweile mit rund 100 Start-ups aus mehr als 30 L\u00e4ndern zusammen.
